Could never give them any business I've been calling for 2 weeks to buy a bike and they've never answered they're phone.

Very good experience. They fixed the issues and had the bike back to me promptly, all at a very reasonable price. I was looking for a new bike shop in town, after my previous one closed, and I'm glad I found this place.

Very happy with the quick and friendly service at Chilliwack Motorcycles. Kelly and Matt have been looking after our Triumphs for several years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Much appreciated and like the new location!

I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of service of this shop. I brought my 09 Moto Guzzi V7 here due to a number of recommendations as I was having difficulty finding a shop that was willing to work on my bike to the extent I needed. Not only were they able to take it on, they found a bigger issue that was fixed and now my bike runs incredibly well! Add on top of that the excellent and reasonable pricing that's tough to beat, and it's hard to consider any other shop. It's a bit of a journey out for me, but I will always favor a shop that does things right, prices things right, and has impeccable customer service.I've been to half a dozen shops before finding this one and regret not finding it sooner. Very helpful staff, Kelly was very knowledgeable and honest with regards to my quad. Very quick turnaround and best prices in town.... that I can find. My quad sounds and runs great.... and the new tires help to.

A great big heartfelt thank you to the owner/mechanic snd Kelly at the front desk for getting us back on the road after a sketchy tire blow out. They didn't have a tire, but said they would squeeze us in for an install if we could find the tire. Other shops wouldnt squeeze us in, so thak you Chilliwack motorcycles for having a heart. If they treat your bike half as good as they treat you, its in great hands! The best experience we could have hoped for! You guys rock!

These guys are awesome, I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. They know how much your bike means to you and treat you and your bike with care. They are meticulous in solving whatever issue is at hand and don't just throw a bunch of parts" at it and send you off. If you love your bike this is the place to take it

Had my bike in there for an oil change, fuel filter change and it was in there for a month.
